Pauline's Story
Paddy chewing on little Percival |
|
I was born under a freezer at a company in Santa Clara. The workers heard me and my siblings mewing so they used these grabber things and picked us out one by one. We were only 2 weeks old, and my foster mom had to bottle feed me and Percival -- but not my brother Paddy. He's always been the biggest of the group.
Since we've been with people for most of our short little lives, we're really sweet and friendly and dear. My foster mom calls me the pushy, demanding talker of the group. The way I see it, if it weren't for me, we would have starved -- someone had to alert the human to feed us. And although I meow alot, I'm very affectionate and love to be held. My brother Paddy is easygoing and quiet. And Percival -- well he is my foster mom's favorite, because he was so very tiny when rescued, and there were many times she thought he wasn't going to live. But he did, and we did, and we'll all soon be available for adoption. So stay tuned!
